- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original DMCA claimant.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
MartMid.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in accordance with applicable law and at our sole discretion.
